MTV has banned Gnarls Barkley's video for their new single Run because it can cause seizures. I didn't watch the whole thing because it kind of made me dizzy but you can watch it embedded below.

I have become a little southern since I have moved here (football, SEC anything) and now I feel like things need that bit of southerness in it for me to want to bump it in my car. I am loving Rick Ross' new one with T-Pain, MiMi's Touch My Body, Treal (Orlando group that sing "I'm Not Locked Down" that is getting club and radio play) and Usher's Love in the Club. I am also feeling Estelle, a London chick who is signed to John Legend's label. I feel like Arrested Development is one of those great groups that everybody forgets about. People talk about ATCQ (A Tribe Called Quest), De La Soul, etc. but I rarely hear people wondering what happened to AD. This is my absolute last post before I rest my head. I am supposed to be up by 7 am to go to class at 8 but I just feel like this post is more important. lol.
Anyway, I have been following Mutya Buena since the summ summ & I hope she performs here soon. She used to be part of a Spice Girls type band over in England called the Sugababes but she got knocked up and decided to leave the group. Now she's doing her own thing and I must say that I would actually pay the extra "Import" fee to buy her album if I wasn't always going broke buying clothes and shoes. Out of all my European addictions, she is quite high on the list.

Anywho, I am a loyal Perez Hilton reader and awhile back he posted this song by a duo called Shwayze. Cisco Adler, who is one half of the bi-racial collabo, is only really known for dating Mischa Barton (of the O.C.) but he is also the son of a "legendary" producer by the name of Lou. Um who?
