Tarnishing the Dream Team

To the left is a pic of the Patriot's coach Bill Belichick. His reputation as a coach is damn near destroyed after people started digging and found out that he's been [illegally] videotaping the defensive signals of other teams. If you didn't know, the Pats went 16-0 this year but lost in the Superbowl to the NY Giants. Earlier in the season Billy boy was fined half a million while the Pats organization was fined a quarter of a million because they were found guilty of spying. So, now that the season is over, they've made record books and all, why is it just now that NFL heads are talking about the fact that Bill has been taping since 2000?!? I hope the NFL decides to dig even deeper and uncover the truth.

Why Do I Suffer 4 Love?

This is my absolute last post before I rest my head. I am supposed to be up by 7 am to go to class at 8 but I just feel like this post is more important. lol.


Anyway, I have been following Mutya Buena since the summ summ & I hope she performs here soon. She used to be part of a Spice Girls type band over in England called the Sugababes but she got knocked up and decided to leave the group. Now she's doing her own thing and I must say that I would actually pay the extra "Import" fee to buy her album if I wasn't always going broke buying clothes and shoes. Out of all my European addictions, she is quite high on the list.


The main line repeats: "I keep on trying but I don't know how it works. There's no instruction so I keep on getting hurt. Over again, over again, over and over and over again." TRUE!

And You Wore This Outside Because...

I'm not going to say that people can't go out on a limb and try new things. If you want to put on neon stockings under your little black dress and wear open toe pumps, go right ahead but I can't figure out what British singer Lily Allen was thinking with this floral fiasco & hair do. And she wore this to Elle Magazine's Style Awards. No word of whether or not she actually won anything but I'm hoping not.

Politics for Dummies

As you can see by the picture above, I'm planning on voting for Barack Obama. At first I was just doing it because I wanted an African-American but after reading about Hillary Clinton's views on abortion, as well as the war & the debt that has accumulated because of it versus what Barack has stated, the color and gender stuff is out the window. I strongly urge the youth to vote and take some time to get to know what the candidates stand for. Issue2008 is a website that breaks down the standpoints of the major candidates: Obama, Clinton, McCain, Huckabee and others. It became so much clearer for me with a simple click. So please take a moment to look at the links above, register to vote & go to the polls in November.

Coming to America: Real Football

Real football does not consist of helmets and tights (although I will admit the tights got me to watch). The US is the only place that does not accept that soccer is the only real football out there but that is more than likely because we suck at it. I will frequently have posts about the greatest soccer league in the world, the English Premier League (EPL), and the fit, gorgeous men who take part.

It was just recently announced that the EPL may be coming to America starting in the 2010 season. Just thinking about watching Cristiano Ronaldo sweat live is making me want to do unmentionable things. The English don't want to share and hate the idea of the EPL coming stateside but I'll keep you posted.

Buzzin All Over Me

I know, I know. I just posted my first thingy and I'm back. But I couldn't sleep well without posting something real. Anywho, I am a loyal Perez Hilton reader and awhile back he posted this song by a duo called Shwayze. Cisco Adler, who is one half of the bi-racial collabo, is only really known for dating Mischa Barton (of the O.C.) but he is also the son of a "legendary" producer by the name of Lou. Um who? So yeah, the song is called "Buzzin" and its kinda my favorite track right now. Listen below and check out their MySpace for more of their tunes.

Born-Again Virgin

So I've written and erased a starting line for this like eleven times already and I'm getting antsy to post. I used to be this emotional MySpace blogger but then I realized that I enjoy superficial shit a lot more than my heartbreaks. Stuff I'll Skip Class For is my blogging rebirth and also a personal journey. I hope that the one or two of you readers out there come here and find something you like, take it with you and pass it on.
